The Executive Engineer (XEN), Rural Engineering Wing (REW) Kathua, on behalf of the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender, e-NIT No.76/REW/K of 2026-27 Dated 04/07/2026, for the construction of a road by way of earthwork and shingling from Talli Lang via Sarmad to Balwant Singh House, Ward No. 06, Panchayat Dewal, Block Billawar, located in Billawar. This Civil Works project has an estimated tender value of ₹ 2,43,000 and requires an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 4,860, payable to Rural Development and Panchayati Raj at Jammu and Kashmir.
