The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, a State Government entity, through its Tender Inviting Authority XEN REW Kathua, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender for "Works" under Tender Reference Number e-NIT No.76/REW/K of 2026-27 Dated 04/07/2026. This Civil Works project involves the construction of roads in Billawar, specifically including (i) earthwork and shingling from PMGSY road to Taddi Moh. W. No. 01, Pyt. Dewal, Block Billawar, and (ii) shingling from PMGSY Road to H/o Swarn Singh Ors, W. No. 01, Pyt. Dewal, Block Billawar. The estimated tender value is ₹2,44,000, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹4,880 (2.0%) payable to Rural Development and Panchayati Raj at Jammu and Kashmir.
