The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj department, a State Govt. and UT organisation, invites eligible contractors to participate in an Open Tender (NIT NO 15 OF REW RAMBAN 2026 27 BLOCK BANIHAL UNDER HEAD PRI AND DDC) for the "Construction of tile work from house of Bashir Ah Tantray to Ayaz Ahmad Tantray ward no. 06 Tantraypora Block BANIHAL." This Civil Works project, with an estimated tender value of ₹1,96,000, will be executed in RAMBAN over a period of 30 days under a Percentage form of contract. The Tender Inviting Authority is FAYAZ AHMED SHEIKH, Executive Engineer REW Ramban. Interested bidders must pay a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹600 and a mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,920 (2.0% of tender value), both payable to Rural Development and Panchayati Raj at Jammu and Kashmir.
