The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department invites eligible and interested bidders for an Open Tender (Reference No: NIT NO 15 OF REW RAMBAN 2026 27 BLOCK BANIHAL UNDER HEAD PRI AND DDC) for the "Construction of Tile work from masjid shareef Tantraypora to New graveyard Tantraypora ward no. 03 Tantraypora Block BANIHAL" in Ramban, Jammu and Kashmir (Pincode: 182144). This Civil Works project has an estimated tender value of ₹1,96,000 and a stipulated completion period of 30 days. Bidders are required to submit a Tender Fee of ₹600 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,920 (2.0% of the tender value), both payable to Rural Development and Panchayati Raj at Jammu and Kashmir. EMD exemption is not allowed. The tender process involves two covers: one for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents and another for Financial bids. Bid submission and document download commenced on 22-Jul-2026 at 10:00 AM, with the deadline for both set for 05-Aug-2026 at 06:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 06-Aug-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER REW RAMBAN. Bids must remain valid for 120 days from the bid opening date.
