**Tender Description: Construction of Pwork and Access Roads in Dharalta, Block Billawar** The Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, State Govt. and UT, through the XEN REW Kathua, is inviting bids for the construction of Pwork (i) NHO Raj Singh, Uttam Chand and Anchal Singh (Ward No. 9, Panchayat Dharalta, Block Billawar) and (ii) a road from Qaim Din house to Ashok Kumar house (Ward No. 9, Panchayat Dharalta, Block Billawar).
