Work Description - Stage Contractor For Supply ,installation ,testing And Commissioning Of Audio-visual Systems ,including Live Streaming And Sound Systems And Illumination At Different Locations Of Srinagar On The Eve Of Celebration Of National Events During Fy 26 27

The Public Works Department (PWD), through the Executive Engineer RNB Electric Division Kashmir, located at RNB Electric Division Kashmir Engineering Complex Raj Bagh, invites eligible contractors for an Open Tender (NIT No.94//2026-27 Dt/24/07/2026) for the work of a Stage Contractor. This crucial project involves the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Audio-Visual systems, including Live Streaming, sound systems, and illumination, at various locations across Srinagar, specifically for the celebration of National Events during the Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated Tender Value for this Works category contract, which will be percentage-based, is ₹ 50,00,000. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,00,000, payable to the Executive Engineer RNB Electric Division Kashmir at Jammu and Kashmir, preferably via Fixed Deposit or Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR), as EMD exemption is not allowed. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹ 1,100 is also required, payable to the same authority and location. The critical deadline for document download and bid submission is 03-Aug-2026 at 04:00 PM. Technical and financial bids, submitted in a single cover, will be opened on 04-Aug-2026 at 02:00 PM at the RNB Electric Division Kashmir Engineering Complex, with a bid validity period of 120 days.
