Work Description - Improvement Upgradation Of Kangan Wooder Road From Rd600 Mtrs Incl. Tulail Colony By Way Of Macadamization Under Cnt Machine Mix Laid With Paver

The Public Works Department (PWD), through the Executive Engineer RnB Kangan, invites open tenders (Reference No. ENIT 15) for the "Improvement Upgradation of Kangan Wooder Road from RD600 Mtrs incl. Tulail Colony by way of Macadamization under CnT Machine Mix Laid with Paver" in Kangan. This Civil Works - Roads project has an estimated tender value of ₹38,83,957 and a stipulated work completion period of 15 days. Interested bidders must pay a non-refundable tender fee of ₹1,100 and a refundable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹77,679 (2.0% of the tender value), both payable to the Executive Engineer RnB Kangan at Jammu and Kashmir, with EMD accepted via Fixed Deposit or CDR. Bid documents can be downloaded and submitted online from July 02, 2026, 09:00 AM, with the last date for document download and bid submission being July 10, 2026, 06:00 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened on July 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer RnB Kangan. Bidders are required to submit documents including but not limited to JKPWDOMS registration card with renewal, GST registration, latest clearance, PAN card, EMD proof (CDR/Treasury Challan), MOU, and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per the ENIT. The contract will be based on a percentage form, and bids will have a validity period of 120 days.
