Tractor Water Tanker Supply and Driver Services for PHE Kalakote Sub-Divisions

Work Description - Supply Of 01 No Tractor Water Tankers (capacity 3000ltr)/contractors Owning Water Tanker Along With Driver For Each Phe Sub Division Kalakote

The Executive Engineer (XEN) of the Public Health Engineering (PHE) Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, is pleased to announce an open tender for the provision of essential services. This tender, designated as e-NIT No.13 of 2026-27, seeks qualified contractors to supply one (01) no. tractor water tanker with a 3000-liter capacity, or alternatively, contractors who own water tankers along with a driver, to serve each PHE Sub-Division in Kalakote. The contract will be based on an Item Rate form of contract and is expected to span a period of 60 days. Bidders are advised that technical evaluation will be conducted on a general basis, and a two-stage bidding process is not permitted. This is a two-cover tender process, with Cover 1 containing fee, pre-qualification, and technical documents, and Cover 2 containing financial bid (BOQ). The tender documents are available for download from August 4, 2026, 6:00 PM, until August 11, 2026, 1:00 PM. The tender submission period commences on August 4, 2026, 6:00 PM, and concludes on August 11, 2026, at 1:00 PM. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹3,000, payable to XEN, Nowshera, with options for exemption through Bank Guarantee or similar instruments. A tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to XEN, Nowshera. The bid opening will take place on August 11, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Nowshera.
