Work Description - Repair And Upgradation Of Damaged Fencing &amp#x0d Brick Masony Fencing And Light Poles Including &amp#x0d Other Allied Works Along The Periphery Of &amp#x0d Residential Colonies

The Executive Engineer CMD BHEP, on behalf of JKSPDC, invites open tenders from eligible bidders for the "Repair and upgradation of damaged fencing, brick masonry fencing, and light poles including other allied works along the periphery of residential colonies" located at BHEP Chanderkote. This civil works project, identified by Tender Reference Number ENIT 11 of 2026-27, is valued at ₹1,53,90,000 and is expected to be completed within 180 days. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹3,07,800 and a non-refundable tender fee of ₹3,000 are required, both payable to CPAO BHEP at Chanderkote. The tender was e-published on 08-Jul-2026 at 09:00 AM, with the bid submission period commencing on the same date and closing on 03-Aug-2026 at 02:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 14-Jul-2026 at 02:00 PM at the Office of Chief Engineer Civil BHEP, Chanderkote Ramban, to address any queries. Bids will be opened on 04-Aug-2026 at 02:00 PM at the Office of CE Civil BHEP. The contract will be based on a Percentage form.
