Work Description - Installation Of Chainlink Fencing Along The Periphery Of Project Area Bhep Chanderkote

The Jammu and Kashmir State Power Development Corporation (JKSPDC), a State Government undertaking, through the Executive Engineer CMD BHEP, Office of the Executive Engineer CMD BHEP Chanderkote Ramban, invites eligible and qualified bidders for an Open Tender (ENIT 12 of 2026-27, Tender ID: 2026_SPDC_315038_1) for the "Installation of Chainlink Fencing along the periphery of Project Area BHEP Chanderkote." This significant Civil Works project, valued at an estimated ₹ 3,33,79,000.00, requires a contract period of 365 days and will be governed by a Percentage Form of Contract. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹ 5,000 is required, payable to CPAO BHEP at Chanderkote (exemption allowed), along with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 6,67,600.00, also payable to CPAO BHEP at Chanderkote, which is mandatory and not eligible for exemption via BG/ST. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 14-Jul-2026 at 02:00 PM at the Office of Chief Engineer Civil BHEP Chanderkote Ramban, where clarifications will be addressed until 28-Jul-2026 at 09:00 AM. Bids, comprising two covers for Technical and Financial submissions, will be opened on 04-Aug-2026 at 02:00 PM at the Office of CE Civil BHEP, with a bid validity of 180 days.
