The Director General, Border Security Force (BSF), Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), invites eligible and qualified contractors for an Open Tender (Reference Number: 257/AC(E)/FTR-KMR/2026-27) for comprehensive "Repair and Maintenance of various capacity Servo Stabilizers, UPS, Ceiling Fans, Air Conditioners, Geysers, Air Heaters, and various types of Motors" installed at establishments under FTR HQ BSF Kashmir. This Works tender, categorized under Electrical Works, will be executed on an Item Rate contract basis over a period of 365 days across various locations within FTR HQ BSF Kashmir, with an estimated tender value of ₹5,94,572. Interested bidders must note the critical dates: the e-Publication, Document Download Start, and Bid Submission Start Date is 13th June 2026 at 12:35 PM. The Document Download End Date and Bid Submission End Date is 23rd June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the Bid Opening scheduled for 24th June 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Engineering Branch, FTR HQ BSF KMR. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹11,891 (2.0% of the estimated value) is required, payable to the "INSPECTOR GENERAL FTR HQ BSF KASHMIR" at FTR HQ BSF KASHMIR, and can be submitted via Demand Draft, FDR, Bankers Cheque, or Bank Guarantee. There is no tender fee. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in two covers: the first cover (Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical) must include essential documents such as GST registration, PAN card copy, valid enlistment with clear validity, class, and financial limit, a valid electrical license (issued by state PWD, MES, electricity department, CEIG), proof of completing three similar nature works, Integrity Pact, warranty undertaking, a non-blacklisting declaration, average annual turnover certificate attested by a CA, a bank solvency certificate, and contact details. The second cover (Finance) shall contain the Bill of Quantity (BOQ). The Assistant Engineer Elect, O O IG FTR HQ BSF KMR HUMHAMA, serves as the Tender Inviting Authority for this procurement, with bids remaining valid for 90 days.
