Work Description - Sh Providing Skilled Workers In Cooking Service Catering Sweeping And Cleaning Etc At Minister Block Of Circuit House Dharamshala For The Period Of 15.07.2026 To 31.03.2027

The Executive Engineer, HPPWD Division, Dharamshala, on behalf of the Public Works Department (PWD), a State Government undertaking, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for Tender Reference Number 2369-80 dated 03.07.2026 (Tender ID: 2026_PWD_138220_1). This Open Tender is for the work of providing skilled workers for cooking, catering, sweeping, and cleaning services at the Minister block of Circuit House, Dharamshala, for the period of 15th July 2026 to 31st March 2027. The estimated tender value for this contract is ₹13,97,916. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹28,000 are required. Online payment is the only accepted mode for tender fee and EMD. Additionally, bidders must attest to not having more than one HPPWD/Government work in hand and possessing a very good track record. Cover 2 is for financial bids (BOQ). The work requires contractors to provide requisite workers only, with a strict condition that they will not handle the kitchen/canteen operations themselves.
