The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of a New Academic Block for UILS, Ava-Lodge, HP University, Shimla (HP). This composite project encompasses civil works including water supply and sanitary installations, electrical installations, fire fighting and fire alarm systems, lift, LAN system, and related development works. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 8,57,82,467, and the time allowed for completion is 15 months. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 17,15,649 via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer Shimla Division II CPWD Shimla.
