The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the demolition and reconstruction of the existing middle block at the Army Training Command (ARTRAC) HQ in Shimla, HP. This comprehensive project encompasses civil works including water supply, sanitary installations, parking, electrical installations, VRV/VRF systems, fire fighting and fire alarm systems, sub-station, DG set, lift, UPS system, LAN system, CCTV, EPABX system and other related developmental works. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 66,82,92,841 with a time allowance of 30 months for completion. Interested bidders must submit an EMD of ₹ 76,82,928 via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer Shimla Division II CPWD Shimla.
