The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the Annual Repair and Maintenance of Residential Buildings at the Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS), R.P. Niwas, Shimla during 2025-26. This encompasses miscellaneous repair and maintenance related works in various residential blocks, including servant quarters, Bilaspur House, the Outhouse of Squire Hall, the Mali Line near Observatory Cottage, and other locations within IIAS. The estimated cost of the work is ₹26,59,422 and the project is expected to be completed within 4 months. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹53,188 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Shimla Division-1, CPWD, Shimla.
