Work Description - A/r And M/o To Residential & Non Residential Buildings Of Naaa Shimla During 2025-26. (sh: Miscellaneous Repairs And Maintenance Related Works In Residential Blocks, Hostel Blocks And Academic Block At Naaa).

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the Annual Repair and Maintenance (A/R and M/O) to Residential & Non-Residential buildings of NAAA Shimla during 2025-26. This project specifically focuses on miscellaneous repairs and maintenance related works in residential blocks, hostel blocks, and the academic block at NAAA. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 17,16,637, and the project is expected to be completed within 6 months.
