The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the "M/R to D/Pool Building, under GHQ Section at HQ ARTRAC, Shimla dg. 2025-26. SH Renovation of bakery shop with provision of wall panelling, ceiling laminate flooring, ACP cladding and other misc civil works and electrical work." This repair and maintenance work, categorized as composite civil works, has an estimated cost of ₹ 17,63,997 and a completion period of 30 days. Eligible bidders must possess a valid CPWD enlistment order in the appropriate composite (B and R) category, a GST registration certificate, a copy of compulsory ERP training certificate from any CPWD Regional Training Institute, evidence of original EMD deposition, Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee (as prescribed) issued by a Commercial Bank, against EMD and any other document as per NIT.
