The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "M/R to D/Pool building under GHQ Section, HQ ARTRAC, Shimla, HP dg. 2025-26. SH Repair & Renovation of 04 nos. quarters with washrooms in Block No 04 at Press Building with provision of flooring, ceiling, roofing, door, windows and other misc. civil works." The estimated cost of the composite work is ₹63,07,720 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,26,154 payable in the form of DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer II CPWD Shimla.
