The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the critical project involving the "Replacement of existing 20.70 km old/damaged BS fence in several stretches from BP no. 921 to BP no. 1001 (Phase-III) along Indo-Pak Border in Gujarat Sector. SH:- Fencing (21.70 km) including embankment and laying filter media from BP 921 to BP 960". This crucial civil works project, categorized under roads, is estimated to cost ₹ 47,82,90,649.00, and requires completion within 11 months. Interested bidders must submit a Percentage Bid, complying with all mandatory document requirements, including an Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/ Account Payee Bankers Cheque / FDR/ Bank Guarantee of any commercial Bank (for balance amount as prescribed) against EMD in favour of Executive Engineer, Border Fencing Division-IV, CPWD, Tharad, Gujarat ,Copy of Receipt of deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE/AE), CPWD. (Form A) Enlistment order of the contractor GST registration certificate, if already obtained by the bidder. If the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then in such a case the bidder shall upload the following undertaking with the bid document. If work is awarded to me/us, I/We shall obtain GST registration certificate as applicable within one month from date of receipt of award letter or before payment of 1st R.A. bill whichever is earlier, falling which, Undertaking on structural stability and soundness as per prescribed format (Form C) Format of average monthly turnover (Form D) ,and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 57,82,906.00 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, Border Fencing Division-IV, CPWD, Tharad (Gujarat).
