This composite project encompasses the construction of the Laboratory Building (Basement, Ground Floor, and Five upper floors), including internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, internal and external electrical installations, Firefighting and Fire alarm systems, CCTV, VRF or VRV air conditioning, Pressurized Mechanical Ventilation systems, UPS, LAN and EPABX, Audio Video systems, Solar Photovoltaic power generation, Lifts, STP, UG sump, and Pump house, alongside Development and Bulk Services. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 65,45,36,706 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 75,45,367, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, BCD II, CPWD, Bengaluru. Key dates include a document download and bid submission deadline of September 15, 2025, at 03:00 PM, and a bid opening date of September 15, 2025, at 03:30 PM.
