Work Description - Armo Of Electrical And Mechanical Installation & Services At Central Revenue Colony, Athwalines, And (kendriya Rajaswa Awas), Ghod Dod Road, Surat ,gujarat For F.y. 2025-26. The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the "ARMO of Electrical and Mechanical installation & services at Central Revenue Colony, Athwalines, and (Kendriya Rajaswa Awas), Ghod Dod Road, Surat ,Gujarat for F.Y. 2025-26." This project specifically involves the outsourcing of manpower for operation and routine maintenance of internal electrical installations and fans, external installations like compound lighting, and running maintenance of DG set, firefighting system, fire alarm system, and drinking water pumps etc. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 38,72,613 (Thirty Eight Lakh Seventy Two Thousand Six Hundred and Thirteen Rupees), and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹ 77,453, payable in favor of Executive Engineer, VCD, CPWD, Vadodara via DD, FDR, BC, or BG. The work is expected to be completed within 12 months.
