Work Description - (1) Armo Of Special Electrical And Mechanical Services In Cgst/it Residential Buildings In Vadodara During 2025-26 (2) Moei & Fans At Cgst/it Residential Building At Cr Colony , Vadodara During 2025-26. ( Sh:- Outsourcing Of Manpower For Operation And Routine Maintenance Services Of Internal Ei And Fans , External Electrical Installation Like Compound Lighting Etc. The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for electrical works under NIT No. 28/EE(E)/Vadodara/2025-26, focusing on the Annual Repair and Maintenance Operation (ARMO) of special electrical and mechanical services in CGST/IT residential buildings in Vadodara for the year 2025-26, and the MOEI & Fans at CGST/IT Residential building at CR Colony, Vadodara during 2025-26. This includes outsourcing of manpower for operation and routine maintenance services of internal EI and fans, external electrical installations like compound lighting, and running maintenance of fire fighting systems, including rescue operation of lifts. The estimated cost of the work is ₹44,33,622 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹88,673 payable in favor of the Executive Engineer ,VCD,CPWD,Vadodara via DD, FDR, BC, or BG. Key dates include a document download and bid submission end date of October 24, 2025, at 05:30 PM, and a bid opening date of October 24, 2025, at 05:45 PM.
