The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites eligible firms for an Open Tender (Ref: Tech/18-GapAnalysis/(2)/2026) for the critical engagement of a Knowledge Partner. The scope of work, categorized as 'Works' under the Oil/Gas product category, involves conducting a comprehensive Gap Analysis of PNGRB's existing Technical Regulations against the latest International Regulations, Codes, Standards, and Best Practices.
