The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), through its subsidiary National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), extends an invitation to qualified firms for an Open Tender (Reference Number: NHLML/WSA/2026/RV/OD1-3/e1273). This prestigious opportunity involves the comprehensive "DEVELOPING, OPERATING AND MAINTAINING OF WAYSIDE AMENITIES IN ODISHA ON 6 LANE GREENFIELD RAIPUR -VISAKHAPATNAM ECONOMICS CORRIDOR (PACKAGE OD-1 - OD-3) ON LEASE BASIS (4 DBOT SITES)". This project represents a significant civil works undertaking designed to enhance essential infrastructure along a critical economic corridor. The scope of work encompasses the design, build, operate, and transfer (DBOT) model for four Wayside Amenity (WSA) sites located within Odisha, along the Greenfield Raipur-Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor. Operating on a lease basis, the successful bidder will be responsible for a substantial period of 10,950 days (approximately 30 years) for the development, operation, and maintenance of these crucial facilities. The tender process is structured as a two-cover system, inviting bids from capable entities experienced in large-scale infrastructure projects. Prospective bidders are required to remit a non-refundable Tender Fee of INR 23,600 and a mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 5,00,000. Both payments are to be made to 'NHLML' at 'NEW DELHI'. EMD exemption is not permitted, and payments can be facilitated through various instruments including FDR, Bank Guarantee, NEFT, RTGS, or Insurance Surety Bond. Submitted bids will remain valid for a period of 180 days from the bid opening date.
