The National Highways Authority of India, through its National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Reference Number: NHLML/WSA/2026/RV/OD1-3/e1273) for the comprehensive project of developing, operating, and maintaining Wayside Amenities in Odisha. This critical initiative involves 4 DBOT sites located along the 6-lane Greenfield Raipur-Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor (Package OD-1 - OD-3) and will be executed on a long-term lease basis for a period of 10,950 days. Prospective bidders can access and download tender documents, and commence the submission of bids, from June 23, 2026, 02:30 PM. The final deadline for both document download and bid submission is July 14, 2026, 03:00 PM. Bids will subsequently be opened on July 15, 2026, at 03:30 PM. A Tender Fee of ₹23,600 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,00,000 are mandatory, both payable to NHLML at New Delhi. Bids are required to remain valid for a period of 180 days. All official communication and the bid opening process will be conducted at NHLML HQ, under the purview of the Tender Inviting Authority, Sanjeev Patil.
