Work Description - Development, Operation And Maintenance Of Wayside &#x0d Amenities On Different Sections Of National Highway On &#x0d Lease Basis In The States Of Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand And &#x0d West Bengal On Dbot Basis

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), through National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), invites open tenders for the DEVELOPMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF WAYSIDE AMENITIES ON DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF NATIONAL HIGHWAY ON LEASE BASIS IN THE STATES OF UTTAR PRADESH, JHARKHAND AND WEST BENGAL ON DBOT BASIS. This is a works contract, referenced as 2025-NHLML_VP_WSA/2226, with a period of work spanning 10950 days. The tender documents can be downloaded from March 13, 2025, until June 2, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Bids must be submitted by June 2, 2025, at 3:00 PM, and will be opened on June 3, 2025, at 3:30 PM at the NHLML HQ. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹8,50,000 is required, payable to NHLML in NEW DELHI. Additionally, a tender fee of ₹23,600 is payable to NHLML, also in NEW DELHI. The EMD can be submitted through Demand Draft, FDR, Bankers Cheque, NEFT, R-T-G-S, Insurance Surety Bond and Others as payment instruments. Tenderers should note that this is a two-cover bid process, encompassing technical and financial proposals, and EMD must be submitted through offline mode. The tender validity period is 180 days.
