Work Description - Development, Operation And Maintenance Of Wayside &#x0d Amenities On Different Sections Of National Highway On &#x0d Lease Basis In Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan And Madhya &#x0d Pradesh (dbot-10 Sites)

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), a Public Sector Undertaking, invites open tenders for the DEVELOPMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF WAYSIDE AMENITIES ON DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF NATIONAL HIGHWAY ON LEASE BASIS IN ANDHRA PRADESH, RAJASTHAN AND MADHYA PRADESH (DBOT-10 SITES). This is a works contract with Tender Reference Number NHLML/WSA/DBOT/SW/10/2025. The tender documents can be downloaded starting March 14, 2025, at 02:00 PM and ending on June 12, 2025, at 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted online between the same dates, with the bid opening scheduled for June 13, 2025, at 03:30 PM at NHLML HQ. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,00,000 is required, payable to NHLML at NEW DELHI, and a tender fee of ₹23,600 is also payable to NHLML at NEW DELHI. The tender requires submission through a two-cover system: Cover 1 includes scanned copies of the tender cost, EMD, power of attorney, and various technical documents, while Cover 2 contains the financial proposal. The successful bidder will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the wayside amenities for a period of 10950 days.
