The Military Engineer Services (MES), under the E-IN-C Branch, invites open tenders for the "PROVISION OF LT CABLE FOR NEW BUILDING ELECTRIC SUBSTATION AT CFEES AND REPLACMENT OF AIR CONDITIONORS AGAINST BER IN SAG PREMISES AT METCALF HOUSE UNDER GE I RnD DELHI," with Tender Reference Number GE/RND/T-116/DLI/2025-2026. This works contract, valued at ₹38,96,000, requires completion within 180 days. Interested bidders must hold Class-D, Cat b (i) NDA/Pre Qualification and submit their bids in two covers: one for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents (including application, DD, enlistment particulars, Provident Fund Code No, ESI and GST Registration) and the other for the BOQ. The bid submission window opens on March 30, 2026, 05:00 PM and closes on April 06, 2026, 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for April 13, 2026, 06:00 PM at GE I RnD Delhi. Withdrawal is allowed. Bids will remain valid for 60 days.
