The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the work of "PERIODICAL MAINT TO DGRR MESS AND OFFICE AT RPSO COMPLEX, ARTY MESS AND OTHER MESSES AND CENTRAL AMENITIES IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE (EAST) DELHI CANTT-10." This is an Item Rate contract, tendered under Tender ID 2025_MES_740730_1, with Tender Reference Number GE/DE-136/2025-26. The tendering process involves two covers: the first covering Fee/PreQual/Technical aspects and the second covering the Finance (BOQ). The tender fee of Rs 500 is payable offline to GE (EAST) DELHI CANTT-10 via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. The period of work is 180 days and the bid validity is 60 days.
