The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the GE (AF) PALAM DELHI CANTT 10, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for an Open Tender (Works) for the **"REPAIR / MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHT, SECURITY LIGHTS, PERIMETER SECURITY LIGHTS AND CONNECTED WORKS IN CAMP AREA AND 1 AFSR AREA UNDER GE (AF) PALAM, DELHI CANTT - 10"**. This critical civil works project, identified by Tender Reference Number 8026/A/T-48/E8, is structured on an Item Rate contract basis, with an estimated tender value of ₹20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs only) and a completion period of 270 days. Interested parties are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only), payable to GE (AF) PALAM DELHI CANTT 10 at DELHI CANTT 10, and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only), payable to GE (AF) PALAM at DELHI CANTT 10. EMD can be submitted via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft and EMD through BG/ST or EMD Exemption is allowed. Bids will be valid for 60 days from the bid opening date. Bidders must submit their proposals in two covers: Cover 1 (Fee/PreQual/Technical) requiring scanned copies of the application, DD for the tender fee, enlistment letter, GST Registration Number, EPF Code Number, and for unenlisted firms, an affidavit of no recovery and documents meeting MES E-Class enlistment criteria; Cover 2 (Finance) must contain the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in .xls format. All eligible contractors meeting the specified criteria are encouraged to participate in this open tendering process.
