The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through GE NEW DELHI, invites open tenders for civil works pertaining to "REPAIR TO LEAKAGE/ SEEPAGE, WATER SUPPLY, PLUMBING AND CERTAIN OTHER MISC WORK IN MD OFFICERS ENCLAVE AT SP MARG AND REPAIR/ MAINT OF DG SET, LT PANEL, LT UG CABLES, SECURITY LIGHTS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT SANGLI APARTMENTS UNDER GE NEW DELHI," as per Tender Reference Number NIT No GE/ND-96/2025-26. Interested bidders can download the tender documents from 30-Dec-2025 06:00 PM until 19-Jan-2026 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted electronically between 12-Jan-2026 09:00 AM and 19-Jan-2026 06:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹74,000 is required, payable offline to GE NEW DELHI at DELHI CANTT. Additionally, a tender fee of ₹500 is applicable and also payable to GE NEW DELHI at DELHI CANTT. The bid opening is scheduled for 21-Jan-2026 09:00 AM at GE NEW DELHI. The period of work is 180 days, and bid validity is 60 days. Two covers are required: one for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents and another for the Finance (BOQ). EMD exemption is allowed.
