The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through its inviting authority GE (East) Delhi Cantt-10, announces an Open Tender (Reference Number: GE/DE-83/2026-27) for comprehensive maintenance, periodicals, and repairs encompassing servant quarters, garages, roofs, replacement of asbestos roofs, and common area painting at Officer MD Accommodation, bungalows, and appointment houses within the GE (East) Delhi Cantt-10 area. This Item Rate contract involves a work period of 180 days. Prospective bidders can download tender documents starting from 18-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM until 08-Aug-2026 at 06:00 PM. Bid submissions will be accepted from 01-Aug-2026 at 10:00 AM, closing on 08-Aug-2026 at 06:00 PM, with bids scheduled for opening on 10-Aug-2026 at 10:00 AM at GE (East) Delhi Cantt-10. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹99,900 are required, both payable to GE (East) Delhi Cantt-10 at Delhi Cantt-10, with EMD exemption through BG/ST permitted.
