The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through GE Utility Electric Supply, Delhi Cantt-10, invites open tenders for periodical maintenance and servicing of electrical equipment at AGE U ELEC. The scope of work includes the servicing of 03 phase online UPS of 120 KVA (05 nos), PDU (02 nos), isolation transformer (03 nos) with connected accessories, along with distribution LT panels and cables of DIPAC and New Chitra Line. This is an Item Rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹49,00,000. The tender documents can be downloaded from 04-Dec-2025 06:00 PM to 25-Dec-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 18-Dec-2025 06:00 PM and 25-Dec-2025 06:00 PM, and will be opened on 27-Dec-2025 06:00 PM. A fixed EMD of ₹98,000 is required, payable to GE Utility Electric Supply, with exemptions allowed under certain conditions. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to the same authority, but exemptions may be applicable.
