The Military Engineer Services (MES), under the E-IN-C Branch, invites open tenders for a civil works project involving the cleaning of sewage lines, manholes, and certain repairs/maintenance to drains, sewage lines, manholes, approach paths, and other miscellaneous maintenance to officers' MD accommodation and OTM at Urban Village, Cassel Road, Manekshaw Marg in the AOR of AGE B/R-I under GE (East) Delhi Cantt. (Tender Reference Number: GE/DE-134/2025-26). The estimated tender value is ₹49,00,000, and the period of work is 330 days. This is an item rate contract. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹98,000 is required, payable to GE (East) Delhi Cantt-10. The tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE (East) Delhi Cantt-10. Both EMD and tender fee can be paid via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft. Key dates include the document download start and end dates of December 16, 2025, and January 6, 2026, respectively; a bid submission start date of December 30, 2025, and an end date of January 6, 2026. The bid opening date is scheduled for January 8, 2026, at GE (East) Delhi Cantt-10.
