The Indian Ports Association (IPA), a Central Government Ministry/Department, through its Managing Director, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Reference No: IPA/PP/PUBAGENCY/2026, Tender ID: 2026_IPA_915409_1) for the **"Selection of Publication Agency for a Quarterly Maritime Publication under IPA"**. This service contract aims to engage a qualified agency to manage the production of a quarterly maritime publication.
