The Military Engineer Services (E-IN-C BRANCH), through the office of GE (East) Delhi Cantt-10, under the authority of Sh Kundan Kumar, EE, IDSE, invites bids for an Open Tender (Reference No. GE/DE-76/2026-27; Tender ID: 2026_MES_779377_1) for significant Civil Works. Valued at an estimated ₹45,00,000, this Item Rate contract has a work period of 11 days and a bid validity of 60 days. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000 are mandatory, both payable to GE (East) Delhi Cantt-10 at New Delhi; EMD exemption through BG/ST is permitted.
