Work Description - As Described In Bill Of Quantities

The Military Engineer Services, under the E-IN-C Branch, through the GE (AF) Subroto Park, Delhi Cantt, Delhi-110010, invites sealed Open Tenders from eligible and qualified contractors for the comprehensive works detailed under Tender Reference Number GE/SP/TOKEN-110/2025-26. This significant project primarily involves the demolition and reconstruction of 130 meters of boundary walls for the Officers Mess at HQ WAC, Subroto Park, alongside crucial improvements to garages at Trishul Mess, additions/alterations to railing at Building No. SP-1 at HQ WAC, Subroto Park, and the provision of LT cable, all as fully described in the Bill of Quantities and tender documents. The estimated tender value for this Item Rate contract is ₹48,38,000, with a stipulated completion period of 120 days. Interested bidders are required to submit a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹96,760, both payable to GE (AF) SUBROTO PARK at Delhi Cantt, with EMD exemption via BG/ST also permissible. The tender documents were published and became available for download from July 25, 2026, at 02:00 PM. Bid submissions will commence on August 03, 2026, at 05:00 PM and will conclude on August 08, 2026, at 06:00 PM, which is also the deadline for document download. The technical and financial bids, to be submitted in two separate covers, will be opened on August 11, 2026, at 09:00 AM at the office of GE (AF) SUBROTO PARK.
