The E-in-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, through the GE (AF) Faridabad, invites eligible contractors for an Open Tender for comprehensive maintenance works. This critical project, referenced as GE (FBD)/AF-T-23/2026-2027, entails extensive maintenance to certain MD ACCN, messes, billets, and repair to compound walls, footpaths, hardstanding, interlocking, kerbstones, and other miscellaneous works at the AF Aastha Complex, 5 AFLU, under the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of GE (AF) Faridabad, located in Delhi. The estimated tender value is ₹35,00,000, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹70,000, payable to GE (AF) Faridabad, for which EMD through BG/ST or exemption is allowed. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also required, payable to GE (AF) Faridabad.
