The Engineer-in-Chief Branch, Military Engineer Services, through its Tender Inviting Authority CWE New Delhi (Tender ID: 2026_MES_779468_1, Reference: CWE-ND/T-33/2026-27), invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender for comprehensive maintenance and repair works at Officers Married Accommodation (MD ACCN) of Vikram Vihar and Anuj Vihar, located in GE South Delhi Cantt-10. This critical Civil Works contract, estimated at ₹ 80,00,000, is to be executed on an Item Rate basis within Delhi Cantt. Interested parties must pay a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹ 1,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,45,500, both payable to GE (SOUTH) DELHI CANTT-10 at Delhi Cantt-10, through Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. Tender documents will be available for download from July 18, 2026, 12:00 PM, until August 14, 2026, 06:00 PM. Bid submission opens on August 08, 2026, 09:00 AM, and closes on August 14, 2026, 06:00 PM. The bids will be opened on August 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM at HQ CWE New Delhi, Delhi Cantt-10. Submissions require two covers: the first encompassing Fee/Pre-qualification/Technical documents, including application on firm's letterhead, enlistment details (latest class and category), GST, EPF, ESIC registrations, details of similar work executed, EMD documents (for unenlisted contractors), and affidavits; the second cover will contain the Finance (BOQ) document. All submitted bids must maintain a validity period of 60 days.
