Work Description - Desilting Of S.w. Drains Of Pocket-a And B And Disposal Of Sewage From Manholes Of Pocket -a, B And 1840 Ort And Cleaning And Sweeping Of 45m And 30m Roads In Sector-26,rohini, Phase-iv.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA), through its Executive Engineer, RPD-3, DDA, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender (Reference Number: 19/EE/RPD-3/DDA/2026-27) for essential Civil Works in Rohini, Phase-IV. The scope of work primarily involves the desilting of S.W. Drains in Pockets A and B, disposal of sewage from manholes in Pockets A, B, and 1840 ORT, and the cleaning and sweeping of 45m and 30m roads within Sector-26. This vital project, categorised as "Works," aims to maintain complete schemes under NA-II in the Rohini Zone. Prospective bidders can download tender documents and commence bid submission from 27-Jul-2026, 04:00 PM. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 03-Aug-2026, 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 04-Aug-2026, 03:30 PM, at the office of EE,RPD-3,DDA. The estimated Tender Value for this work is ₹21,03,940, and the successful bidder will be required to complete the work within a period of 365 days. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹42,079 (2.0% of the estimated value) is required, payable to "SR. AO/CAU" at ROHINI ZONE, DDA, through RTGS/NEFT. There is no Tender Fee for this procurement. Bidders must submit their proposals in a two-cover system, comprising a Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical cover and a Finance cover. The first cover mandates the submission of scanned copies of critical documents such as a valid Enlistment Order, proof of E-Tender processing fee, EMD transaction reference, PAN Card, GST registration certificate, Tender Acceptance Letter, Affidavit/undertaking, and EPFO/ESIC registration, among other specified documents detailed in the NIT. The second cover will contain the financial bid.
