Work Description - Maintenance Of E&m Services At Ms Apartment, Kg Marg, New Delhi. (sh: Comprehensive Maintenance Of 11 Nos. Otis Make Lifts Installed At A,b,c,d,e & F Blocks.)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Executive Engineer (Electrical) (EE(E)), is inviting open tenders from eligible NON-CPWD CONTRACTORs for the comprehensive maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) services. The scope of work specifically includes the comprehensive maintenance of 11 Nos. OTIS make lifts installed across A, B, C, D, E, and F Blocks at MS Apartment, KG Marg, New Delhi. This electrical works project, identified by NIT/RFP No. 81/EE (E)/DED-21/2026-27 and Tender ID 158686, has an estimated cost of ₹ 24,13,752 (Twenty Four Lakh Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Two Rupees) and a performance period of 8 months. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 48,275, payable in favour of EE (E), ED-IV, CPWD, New Delhi, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
