The Public Works Department, through the Assistant Engineer (E), PWD EMSD-II, invites sealed online bids from eligible and qualified firms for Tender Reference Number 188/EE(E)/PWD EMD SOUTH/2025-26q. This Open Tender seeks proposals for the comprehensive and routine maintenance of two (2) 13-passenger lifts and one (1) dumb waiter of Techno make, located at the Delhi Archive Building, Qutub Institutional Area, New Delhi. The estimated tender value for this critical service, which covers a period of 300 days, is ₹ 5,20,010. There is no tender fee associated with this procurement. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in a two-cover system; Cover 1 will contain the Fee/PreQual/Technical documents, including a scanned copy of the EMD, a certificate of GST registration, acknowledgement of up-to-date filed returns, and crucially, scanned proof of being a manufacturer or authorized service dealer for Techno make lifts and dumbwaiters.
