The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the renovation of the Director's room and toilets on the 4th and 5th floors of the office of NOTTO at Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi (SH: Civil Works). NIT/RFP NO is 101/EE/SJHD/2025-26 (3rd Call). The estimated cost of the work is ₹46,67,033 with a time allowance of 2 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹93,341 is required, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer, SJHD, CPWD, New Delhi, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG. Document download and bid submission both start on February 19, 2026, at 02:42 PM, and conclude on February 26, 2026, at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on February 26, 2026, at 03:30 PM. Interested bidders must submit mandatory documents including Insurance Security Bonds, Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receiptor Bank Guarantee of any Commercial Bank against EMD , Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD, Enlistment Order, GST Registration Certificate and up to date return, ESIC and EPFO registration (or undertaking), PAN Card, Affidavit regarding debarment, Undertaking on structural stability (Form F), email and mobile number of the firm on letterhead, ERP Training Certificate, and a sample consent letter for e-MB.
