The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), specifically the Office of EE-(E) DED 203 at Vidyut Bhawan, invites open percentage bids from eligible NON-CPWD CONTRACTORS for Tender Reference Number 64/EE(E)/DED-203/2026-27. This Standard Notice Tender focuses on comprehensive Electrical Works, encompassing the Annual Repair and Maintenance Operations (ARMO) of diverse electrical and mechanical equipment for the year 2026-27. The scope of work primarily covers EI installations, VRV/VRF systems, Access Control Systems, Flap Barriers, RO systems, water coolers, and Air Quality Monitoring Systems at the Defence office complex located at Africa Avenue and KG Marg. A significant part of this engagement also involves the Supplying, Installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV systems and Air conditioning units at these Defence office complexes. The estimated cost for this project is ₹ 8,88,966 (Rupees Eight Lakh Eighty Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty Six only). Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 17,779, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG, in favour of "Executive Engineer(E), ECD-II, CPWD, Sena Bhawan, New Delhi." To qualify, bidders must submit several mandatory documents: a scanned copy of the EMD and its receipt, work experience certificates issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer, profit-loss statements for the last five years ending March 2025, and a Bankers Certificate or Net worth certificate equivalent to at least 10% of the estimated cost, certified by a Chartered Accountant for years ending up to March 2025. Furthermore, a valid Electrical License (or an undertaking as per Annexure-II of the NIT), a copy of GST registration with filed returns up to March 2025, an affidavit on a Non-judicial stamp of Rs. 100 mentioning the NIT No. and name of work (attested by a notary), firm's bank account details, and an ERP (Enterprises Resources Planning) training certificate issued by CPWD for the e-tendering process are essential.
