Work Description - Provision Of Hiring Of Sound System, Led Wall And Other Accessories In Connection With Celebration Of 12th International Yoga Day On 21.06.2026 In Parliament House.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Executive Engineer (E), Parliament House Electrical Work Division, invites open bids from eligible and experienced contractors for the provision of Hiring of Sound System, LED Wall and other accessories in connection with the Celebration of 12th International Yoga Day on 21.06.2026 in Parliament House. This electrical works project, identified by NIT/RFP No: 10(DB)/PHEWD/2026/758, dated 15.06.2026, has an estimated cost of ₹ 5,57,273. A non-refundable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 11,145 is required, payable in favour of the Executive Engineer (E), PHEWD, CPWD, New Delhi, through prescribed modes such as DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or TC.
