Work Description - A/r & M/o Residential And Non Residential Buildings Of Lhmc & Ah, New Delhi During 2025-26 (sh:- Supplying And Fixing Of Fire Fighting Equipments At Various Location At Jica Building, Nurses Hostel, Sskh, Lhmc & Ah, New Delhi).

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, through the Executive Engineer (E)-SSKHED, C 514 IP Bhawan ITO, New Delhi, invites open and advertised percentage bids for the Annual Repair & Maintenance (A/R M/O) of Residential and Non-Residential Buildings of LHMC & AH, New Delhi, during 2025-26. Specifically, this Electrical Works project entails the supplying and fixing of Fire Fighting Equipments at various locations including the JICA Building, Nurses Hostel, and SSKH, within LHMC & AH, New Delhi. The estimated cost for this work is ₹ 18,88,304 (Eighteen Lakh Eighty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred and Four Rupees), with a mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 37,766, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favour of Executive Engineer, SSKHD, CPWD, New Delhi. The tender was e-published on 15-Jun-2026 at 03:50 PM. The bid submission period commences on 15-Jun-2026 at 03:50 PM and closes on 22-Jun-2026 at 04:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on 22-Jun-2026 at 04:30 PM.
