The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), specifically the Executive Engineer (Electrical) of Delhi Electrical Division 51, RK Puram, New Delhi, invites online open tenders from eligible COMPOSITE, NON-CPWD CONTRACTORS for the "MOEI and Fans Pump, Lift, DG Set, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm System in 231 Nos Resdl Flats in Ministry of External Affairs at Pappankalan, New Delhi (SH Comprehensive maintenance of 06 Nos OTIS Lifts)". This critical Electrical and Maintenance Work, identified by NIT/RFP NO: 15/EE(E)/DED-51/NIT/2026-27/RECALL, has an estimated cost of ₹ 13,59,360.00 and a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 27,187.00, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, DAD, CPWD, RK PURAM NEW DELHI. Prospective bidders can submit their bids from June 09, 2026, at 05:00 PM, with the bid submission closing on June 18, 2026, at 03:00 PM.
