Work Description - Upgradation Of Ground Floor/ 1st / 2nd / 3rd Floors Of 55 Blocks (phase - Ii) Of Residential Quarters (type- Ii - 29 Blocks & Type- Iii- 26 Blocks) As Per Upgradation 2020 Norms Along With Strengthening Of Roofs, Starcases, Parapets Etc. At Spg Complex, Sector-8, Dwarka, New Delhi. (sh - Civil & Electrical Works) (sh - A.m.c. Of Services Pcs Installed At O/o Se, Delhi Circle-v, Outer Delhi Division And All Sub Divisions Of Odd).

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Executive Engineer, Outer Delhi Division (EE-ODD) located at o/o EE-ODD, invites open tenders from eligible NON-CPWD CONTRACTORS for the comprehensive work package detailed as NIT No. 23/EE/ODD/NIT/2026-27. This significant project, titled "UPGRADATION OF GROUND FLOOR/ 1ST / 2ND / 3RD FLOORS OF 55 BLOCKS (PHASE - II) OF RESIDENTIAL QUARTERS (TYPE- II - 29 BLOCKS & TYPE- III- 26 BLOCKS) AS PER UPGRADATION 2020 NORMS ALONG WITH STRENGTHENING OF ROOFS, STARCASES, PARAPETS ETC. AT SPG COMPLEX, SECTOR-8, DWARKA, NEW DELHI," encompasses both Civil and Electrical Works. Additionally, it includes the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Services PCs installed at the O/o Superintending Engineer, Delhi Circle-V, Outer Delhi Division and all its sub-divisions. The estimated cost for this undertaking is ₹ 9,03,424, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 18,068, payable in favour of EE, CPWD, DELHI AVIATION DIVISION (DAD), DELHI. The project has an allotted completion period of 24 months. Interested bidders can download tender documents and commence bid submission from 11-Jun-2026 03:48 PM, with the final deadline for bid submission and document download being 18-Jun-2026 04:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on 18-Jun-2026 04:30 PM.
