The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the Annual Repair and Maintenance of Honorable Ministers and Ministers of State Bungalows under 2/B Sub-Division, within the jurisdiction of B-Division, for the year 2026-27. This project encompasses attending to day-to-day complaints, including cleaning of sewer lines and tanks, along with miscellaneous repair works. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 64,41,141 with a time allowance of 6 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,28,823 is required, payable online or through a bank guarantee in favor of EE-B-Division.
