The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the "Upgradation work of Honorable Ministers and MoS Bungalows under 1/B Sub-Division of B-Division during 2026-27. (SH: Raising of Boundary Wall, Upgradation works in Kitchen in 36 APJ, 28 RP Road, Repair of Kitchen Garden and Boundary Wall in 83 Lodhi Estate and other works in various bungalows under Section-II)." Estimated cost of the project is ₹ 94,27,846 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,88,557, payable online or via Bank Guarantee.
